Traktion is a tech-enabled platform that matches marketing freelancers to companies for which they are the best match. We do this through insights derived from companies’ and marketers’ past performance data.

My Role

I was COO & Co-founder at Traktion, where I co-led product and growth.

I believe that the future of work will be tailored to our individual spikes. There exist opportunities out there that each one of us is uniquely suited for, and Traktion is doing this for our vertical — by helping the best marketers and companies find one another.

I also believe that the future of work is remote and mobile. The best talent will have more autonomy in where, how, and for whom they work for. Geography will no longer be an inhibiting factor to us doing our best work.

Traktion was acquired by Investis Digital in summer 2023. The merger is designed to enhance clients' reach to new talent, markets and technology.
